He's a politician in Texas and appears to be one of the main people trying to chase the FLDS Mormons out of Texas.

Here's a link to some information on this guy.

Hildebrand is an Episcopalian.

We don't know about the particular Episcopal Church he attends, but most Episcopal Churches in the U.S. are okay with gay marriage.

So, gay marriage is okay, but plural marriage between men and women is not okay. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.

Finally, what do we call people of one religion who attack people of another religion? Right.

Dalai Lama Misses the Point

As the Dalai Lama talks about retirement and the problems Tibet continues to have with China, he misses the point, or at least misses the chance to use this press opportunity to point out that what China is playing at is genocide. LINK

The game is simple. Swamp Tibet with Chinese nationals of a different deme and the Tibetan gene pool will conform, over time, to that of China.

Genocide doesn't require the crude and ham handed actions of sending in armies and tanks or of destroying a distinct population with gas chambers and executions.

It just requires people of one genotype walking across borders--or in this case taking the new high speed trains into Tibet from China--en masse--and swamping the local gene pool with their genes.
